Loyalsock State Foresters Office

Loyalsock State Forest

The building contains offices and a conference center for Pennsylvania State foresters and rangers. The project was bid to separate prime contractors under Pennsylvania procurement procedures. The cost of the project was $4.3 million. We designed the building to be environmentally responsible and extremely energy efficient. We incorporated a structurally insulated panel system (SIPS), which uses geothermal energy for heating and cooling, to attain high insulation values. The project has been submitted to the U.S. Green Building Council for LEED certification and is on track to receive a Silver rating.

"The Lami Grubb design team provided an engaged client atmosphere, capturing all the rustic interior and exterior aesthetics that we desired, in a LEED certified facility."
