"A standout was the wholesale reimagining of a Catholic church and its long-closed adjacent school building in Carnegie by Lami Grubb Architects." This quote comes from John Conti, Architecture Critic for the Tribune Review, regarding our reimagining of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. We transformed the church from a flood-damaged shell to a community gathering place. Our creative reuse of existing space, along with our addition of a new narthex, consolidated many local Catholic parishes into one central community complex. The project won a design award for creating a sense of community.
