University of Pittsburgh - Trees Hall Natatorium

Pittsburgh, PA

Trees Hall on the University of Pittsburgh's upper campus houses the University's main pool, home to the Pitt Swimming and Diving teams. The newly dedicated Team Area gives disciplined Varsity athletes the ability to change, shower, gather as a team, grab a healthy snack, and lounge, all within easy access to the pool. Bespoke graphics and state-of-the-art technology line the walls, where custom phenolic sit-in athletic lockers, complete with durable storage benches, keep swimmer's belongings neat. Finishes and furnishings were selected to endure daily use by busy athletes in an extremely humid environment. With the new Team Area, Pitt now has a competitive world-class Swimming & Diving facility for recruiting the nation's best, continuing their tradition of excellence.

"It’s amazing! The space itself is probably the best in the Atlantic Coast Conference. It’s definitely going to help with recruiting and it’s going to make the kids feel as though they’re a very important part of the team and campus."
John Hargis
Head Swimming and Diving Coach, University of Pittsburgh
