Jesse Gidley, RA, NCARB, CHPC, a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, has over thirteen years of architectural design experience with LGA. He has a demonstrated history working on adaptive reuse and extensive renovation projects, with a focus on affordable housing, multi-family residential, institutional, commercial, assisted living, and healthcare projects. Jesse has a passion for sustainable design and is a Certified Passive House Consultant. Some of his recent work includes South Side Apartments, adaptive reuse and addition to two historic buildings creating 47 new apartments, and Susquehanna Homes, 36 units of infill housing in the Homewood neighborhood.
