RICHFORD ARMS

LGA Partners collaborated with Beacon Communities to renovate and expand Richford Arms Apartments, an affordable housing development for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The project included the rehabilitation of 100 existing units, the addition of six fully accessible units, and a 13,000-square-foot expansion to house new community and management spaces. Key upgrades featured façade improvements, new elevators, enhanced HVAC systems, and sustainability measures that earned Enterprise Green – Moderate Rehab certification. A new community room fosters a vibrant living environment by supporting resident programs such as health screenings, fitness classes, and technology workshops.
