WORLD HEADQUARTERS

After a thorough search for a new world headquarters that aligned with their brand’s vision, GNC selected 75 Hopper Place, the tallest building in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. LGA Partners was chosen as the architect for this interior fit-out of over 70,000 square feet on three floors.

LGA’s design addressed a range of programmatic needs, including a new communicating stair, executive suites, private offices, open workstations, a creative/production studio, private terraces, coffee bars, and a fully-functional GNC retail store. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the full team – LGA, Rycon Construction, Inc. Tower Engineering, and Taylor Structural Engineers, Inc., the construction was completed in only 8 months.
