PENN HILLS MEDICAL CAMPUS

LGA Partners completed a conversion of a former fitness center in Penn Hills to accommodate a state-of-the-art medical campus for Premier Medical Associates. Included in our design is a complete renovation to the 25,500 square foot existing building, and a 17,100 square foot addition. The new medical campus houses six medical suites, conference and training rooms, 54 exam rooms, five labs, a pediatrics department, and several other medical departments.
