This Privacy Notice describes how LGA Partners, LP (“LGA” or “we” or “us”) may access, collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when:
- You visit our website at lga-partners.com or any other website or digital platform where this Privacy Notice is posted (“Sites”);
- You apply for an open position through our careers portal at lgapartners.applytojob.com/apply/ (“Careers Portal”);
- You communicate with us through digital channels, including by email, web form, contact form, or similar electronic means (“Communications”); or
- We interact with service providers, partners, and other third parties to collect and otherwise process your information (“Third Parties”).
The Careers Portal website and platform are hosted and operated by Hireku, Inc. d/b/a JazzHR (“JazzHR”), not LGA. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the Careers Portal website or platform itself, except to the extent LGA receives your application materials and related information in connection with your application to an open position. We do not manage or control cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies that JazzHR or its service providers may use on the Careers Portal, and we are not responsible for their operation or use. Those technologies, and personal information collected through them by JazzHR, may be subject to JazzHR’s own privacy notices or terms: https://www.employinc.com/privacy/.
1. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
We, or Third Parties on our behalf, may collect some or all of the following categories of personal information from you depending on how you interact with us. We collect personal information provided by you, automatically from you or your devices, and from Third Party sources, including publicly available sources and service providers that support advertising, analytics, website hosting, cybersecurity, professional development, and related services.
- Identifiers and Contact Information. Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and similar contact details.
- Professional Information. Employment history, job titles, employer names, professional affiliations, licensure information, and other information about your professional background.
- Device Information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage Data. Pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, referring URLs, and other information about how you interact with our Sites and Communications.
- Approximate Geographic Location. General location information derived from IP address or analytics data.
- User-Generated Content. Information you voluntarily provide through forms on our Sites and other Communications, such as message content.
In limited circumstances, primarily when you apply for an open position via the Careers Portal, we may also collect:
- Demographic Information. Voluntary demographic information you choose to provide as part of applicant administration and compliance.
- Resume and Application Information. Information submitted through the Careers Portal, including resumes, cover letters, work history, education, and related materials.
2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We may use your personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and other Communications and provide support services;
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Sites;
- Communicate with you about our services, open positions, and other promotional and marketing communications.
- Analyze usage of our Sites and Communications to improve and personalize marketing, promotions, and other content;
- Conduct business development, proposal, and project pursuit activities;
- Review, evaluate, and manage applications received via the Careers Portal;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity and protect the security and integrity of our systems, the Sites, and applicant records;
- Protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property and/or that of you or others; and
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our terms and conditions, and exercise or defend legal claims.
3. How Do We Disclose Your Personal Information?
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent. We may disclose or make available your personal information with your consent, which may be obtained in writing, online, through “click-through” agreements, when you accept our terms for our Sites, the Careers Portal, orally (including over the telephone), or by other means.
- With Service Providers. We may disclose or make available your personal information to Third Party service providers that provide services to us and on our behalf, including website hosting, cloud infrastructure, data storage, marketing and advertising, data analytics, application management, cybersecurity, and related services.
- With Government Agencies and Regulators. We may disclose or make available your personal information to government agencies and regulators to comply with legal or permitting obligations.
- In Exigent Circumstances. We may disclose or make available your personal information: (1) if required by law or legal process; (2) to law enforcement authorities, judiciary, or other government officials; (3) if necessary, to protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, safety, or other vital interests; (4) to enforce our policies or agreements; (5) to collect amounts owed to us; or (6) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.
- In Case of a Business Transaction. In the event that all or a portion of LGA, our business, or our assets are acquired by or merged with a third party as part of a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, joint venture, financing, corporate reorganization, or purchase or sale of assets, or in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information that we have collected from or about you may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, including at the negotiation stage, as permitted by law and/or contract.
4. Tracking Technologies
Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies provided by us and Third Parties to collect your personal information. These technologies may include:
- Cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that identify your browser. We use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device and support site functionality, preferences, security, and analytics). Persistent cookies generally may be managed through your browser settings and may transmit data to Third Parties.
- Pixels (also known as web beacons). Pixels are small pieces of code embedded in a website, video, email, or advertisement that send information about your activity to a server. We may use pixels, in combination with cookies, to track Communications, bring you advertising both on and off the Sites, and provide you with additional functionality.
- Analytics Services. We use various Third Parties, including those detailed below to collect analytics information regarding user behaviors and demographics on our Sites and Communications. You may accept or reject certain non-essential tracking technologies through the banner presented on the Sites or via your browser settings. If you reject or disable certain tracking technologies, some features or functionality of the Sites may not operate as intended. However, we do not manage or control cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies that JazzHR or its service providers may use on the Careers Portal, and we are not responsible for their operation or use. 5. Security of Your Personal Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, it is impossible to guarantee the security of data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network. Therefore, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
6. Retention of Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, taking into account statutes of limitations and record retention requirements under applicable law. We may keep personal information for longer periods where there is a reasonable basis for doing so, including without limitation in connection with the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7. Links to Third Party Websites
Our Sites may contain links to third party services, websites, and applications that are not operated or controlled by us. If you click on a third party link on our Sites or Communications, you will be directed to that third party’s website or application. Such websites and applications operate independently from us and have their own privacy policies and/or notices. We encourage you to read the policies and notices of each website and application with which you interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve and assume no responsibility for the policies, practices, or content of such other websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.
In addition, our Sites and Communications may include social media buttons (including plugin or widgets, such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini-programs). Your interactions with these features, apart from your visit to our Sites, are governed by the privacy notices of the third parties providing the features.
8. Children’s Information
Our Sites are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 18. US State Privacy Rights
We are not currently subject to certain state comprehensive privacy laws that provide specific privacy rights. However, we may, in our sole discretion, honor requests to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal information. Any such request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where we are unable to verify your identity, where an exception applies, or where responding would be inconsistent with our legal obligations or legitimate business interests. You or an authorized agent may submit a request by emailing lga@lga-partners.com.
California’s “Shine The Light” Law
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Please note that LGA does not provide your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you would like to confirm this, please send an email to lga@lga-partners.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message.
“Do Not Track” and GPC
Some browsers or extensions may support privacy preference signals, such as “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Our Sites do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a “Do Not Track” or GPC signal, and our privacy practices will continue to apply as described in this Privacy Notice.
10. AI and Automated Decision-Making
We do not use artificial intelligence or other automated decision-making technology for “profiling” or “significant decisions,” as such terms are defined under applicable law.
11. Jurisdiction
LGA is located in the United States. Our Sites are not targeted towards individuals residing outside of the United States. LGA does not represent or warrant that the Sites are suitable for access outside of the United States and visitors accessing the Sites from outside of the United States do so at their own risk.
International Data Transfers. Your personal information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree that all information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. We endeavor to safeguard your information consistent with the requirements of applicable laws.

This Privacy Notice was last updated and is effective as of the date first written above. We may update or otherwise revise this Privacy Notice from time to time in our sole discretion. Except as may be otherwise required under applicable law, revisions to this Privacy Notice will be effective on the date noted above without any other notice or approval by you.
