UNIVERSITY PARK WINDOW ASSESSMENTS

In 2021, Penn State University engaged LGA to assess the window systems of 30 buildings across the University Park Campus as part of a strategic plan to address deferred maintenance. The comprehensive Window Condition Assessment involved evaluating over 5,000 individual windows and providing a detailed inventory and condition report. LGA worked closely with the Office of Physical Plant (OPP) to refine the scoring methodology, helping the university prioritize future maintenance efforts. This process equipped Penn State with the necessary information to make informed decisions about its building infrastructure.
