STUDENT HOUSING PLANNING

LGA Partners worked with the College of Wooster to explore the feasibility of a new 150-bed student housing development on their “East Campus” site, which was previously underutilized and zoned for low-density residential use. The Feasibility Study included programming to determine the optimal unit mix, site design to maximize the use of the property, and preliminary building layouts. Through an iterative process, LGA provided Wooster with a range of cost estimates and development options that met current zoning requirements, setting the stage for future growth and campus development.
