UPTOWN FLATS

Uptown Flats, currently under construction in Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood, is a collaborative effort led by LGA Partners to address affordable and supportive housing needs. The five-story, 34-unit development will offer safe, welcoming spaces for individuals at risk of homelessness and those with disabilities. The design prioritizes accessibility and functionality, incorporating sustainable features to meet the goals of Bethlehem Haven and ACTION-Housing. Uptown Flats will be a crucial resource for the neighborhood, providing high-quality housing and fostering connections to urban amenities, all while contributing to the revitalization of the area.
