STRIP DISTRICT SPECULATIVE OFFICE

LGA has worked with The Buncher Company for over 20 years, contributing to a variety of projects including office buildings, industrial complexes, and site feasibility studies. Most recently, we were tasked with designing a new speculative office building in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. This 8-story structure features ground floor retail, two levels of parking, and five floors of office space. With a highly efficient 96% floor plate and sustainable design elements, the building is poised to attract tech-savvy enterprises while supporting Buncher’s vision for a modern, eco-friendly office complex.
