SKIBO CAFE

The 3,000 square foot Skibo Cafe includes a kitchen and dining space for 100 students, faculty, and staff. The design concept is flexible and able to accommodate Au Bon Pain, the university’s contracted food service provider for this location. A study of contemporary design with classical proportions, Skibo Cafe has an open atmosphere conducive to the academic lifestyle.
