MIDDLE HILL DEVELOPMENT

LGA Partners worked with KBK Enterprises and The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh to complete the third phase of redevelopment activity for the former Addison Terrace public housing community. Phase III units, known as “Middle Hill”, consists of 52 one, two, and three bedroom townhomes. Six of the units have been completed in adherence with Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. Of the 52 units, 37 are designated as affordable with the remaining 15 being designated as market rate.
