Project Architect – Job Description (On Site)
Overview: Produces outstanding project deliverables for complex commercial projects or retail / airport accounts.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 4-7 years’ experience in the AEC industry
Qualifications:
- Professional accreditation in Architecture required
- Outstanding in REVIT/ CAD
- Strong communication/collaboration and time management skills
- Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficient at most aspects of design, but may excel in one or more specific areas
- Experience working on teams for projects with budgets +$5m
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produces project deliverables using REVIT/CAD (36 hours/week)
- Leads building code & zoning reviews, design, and detailing
- Coordinates with project leaders to complete tasks within project budget and schedule
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of project deliverables
- May have some interaction with clients and consultants
- May manage small/medium projects independently with significant input from Project Leaders
