AESTHETIC PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER

The LGA team was tasked with relocating the existing 6,000 square foot facility to a partially occupied 4,000 square foot tenant space within an existing local hospital. The project design includes exam & procedure rooms, along with clinical support spaces, charting rooms, clinical touchdown pods with storage, and ancillary staff space. Starting schematic design more detailed than usual, including a detailed site survey and equipment catalog, our team helped to illustrate to leadership the exact square footage and room proportions needed, resulting in an efficiently organized plan that accommodated the entirety of the program in less square footage.
