THE BOWERY BAY SHOPS

Our Airport Retail Design Studio designed an integral piece of the Terminal B Headhouse at LaGuardia Airport. Working with long-time client, Marshall Retail Group, our team developed 15,000+ square feet for ‘The Bowery Bay Shops’ and another 6,000+ square feet for the men’s retail concept, ‘The Dean.’ Located just past security, this section of the newly renovated Terminal B serves as the gateway to airside. The area features 24 unique store concepts, each designed to reflect aspects of New York City’s rich culture and history.
