LGA Partners was the preservation architect for the renovation of a former factory space into mixed use residential space. This project utilized historic tax credits for funding, requiring a strict adherence to historic design guidelines. As the preservation architect, we ensured compliance with all design guidelines. Our work also concentrated on the building envelope and fenestration, in addition to restoring the historic, 225-foot tall smoke stack on the site.
