NEW YORK DESIGN CENTER

The LGA Corporate Design Studio has been working with a long-time client and international clothing retailer American Eagle Outfitters on their New York City Design Center + Offices. With team members having previously designed their 330,000+ square foot International Headquarters in Pittsburgh and numerous retail stores throughout the US, the client requested our professional guidance as they expanded their NY office onto the top two floors of the historic Tiffany & Co. Building in Manhattan. Included in the design is enough space for nearly 150 team members, numerous workrooms and storage areas, showrooms, fitting rooms, and ample space for collaboration, among other things. Our design also reclaimed and refreshed the grand Tiffany Glass skylight previously covered in an older renovation.
