DIXON SQUARE COPRORATE CAMPUS

The first phase of Dixon Square was designing and constructing a new +186,000 square foot distribution center. Consisting of a 37,800 SF office component and a 148,500 SF warehouse, the new design provided enough space for the manufacturer’s growing business. Additionally, the main anchor of our work at Dixon Square was a new 70,000 square foot world headquarters for a local manufacturer. Additionally planned for the site was housing across six apartment builidngs and an Wellness Center for employees as well as the local community.
