CRAFT PLACE APARTMENTS

LGA worked with Oxford Development on the design of a new apartment building in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. The building was to feature 90 micro-units and 65 parking spaces. Located on Boulevard of the Allies, the apartments would serve students of neighborhood universities, young professionals, and medical personnel from nearby hospital facilities.
