We renovated an old, dated existing dining hall into a two in-line food court. This project was a fast-tracked endeavor with a six week design time from start to finish. Its construction was completed in twelve weeks to stay within the bounds of the campus summer break. The space houses a traditional university-style Chick-Fil-A along with a campus designed Mexican food concept, Cinco Cantina. Our design focused on improving the efficiency of the space as well as refreshing its look. In addition to the food offerings, the nearby restrooms were renovated to meet ADA compliance.
