EMMANUEL EPISCOPAL CHURCH

LGA was retained to restore the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, a nationally registered historic landmark. After first completing a Historic Structures Report, we restored the existing slate roof rather than replacing it, providing the Owner with significant savings. In phase two, we installed an accessible ramp between the church and the rectory, minimizing the impact of the new ramp on the original design. In the final phase, we repaired damaged plaster, restored the stained glass, and cleaned the wood wainscoting and bead board ceiling.
