EXPRESS HEADQUARTERS

Pitt Ohio approached LGA with a unique proposal: to create a first-of-its-kind, green trucking terminal and office building. LGA Partners worked closely and collaboratively with Pitt Ohio to achieve this goal. This project consists of 40,000 square feet of trucking docks, 20,000 square feet of office building, a 20,000 square foot maintenance facility, and a public use truck wash and filling station. This project has received LEED Gold certification.
