FLATS ON FIFTH

LGA partnered with Massaro Corporation, to bring the first new ground-up, residential development to the Uptown neighborhood in 50 years. This market-rate apartment building features 74 rental units and a 54-car parking garage. The building includes balconies for residents and state-of-the-art interior and exterior features. The design process for this project was a collaborative one, incorporating opinions and ideas from nearly a dozen team members.
