Located within a former warehouse in the historic Strip District, the new 120,000 square foot HQ blended old Pittsburgh’s industrial look and feel with today’s thoughtful design and modern technology. As the local architect, LGA provided in-depth knowledge of local codes and processes in addition to refining and completing construction documentation once the design intent had been established. Phase I + II is were completed in late-2021, with Phase III in scheduled for mid-2022.
