LGA worked to extensively renovate this existing strip center that originally contained mainly retail stores. Our design transformed the mall into a medical office center, anchored by a 12,000 square foot pediatrician office, also designed by LGA. Our design updated the facade with modern features such as a perforated metal screen to both create visual interest and support tenant signage. We created new entry vestibules for retail spaces, and developed a new parking lot with a lush landscape design, creating a welcoming entry to the strip center.
