MIDTOWN TOWERS

Located in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, Midtown Towers is distinctive with its Italianate domes. After it was damaged in a tragic fire in 2017, LGA worked with Beacon Communities to update the layout and dramatically improve the building’s safety and comfort, including uncovering the abandoned 18th-floor dome space and an entry that blends historic charm with accessibility. The final design includes 95 apartments that are a mix of subsidized and market rate.
