MULTI-FLOOR RENOVATIONS

When Shorenstein Properties purchased One Oxford Centre in downtown Pittsburgh, they desired to update many of its interior spaces. Shorenstein hired LGA Partners as the on-call architect for all of their base building and tenant improvement work. Within the short time of this new partnership, LGA has worked on over 50 projects, from creating building standards to developing creative concepts for new and renovated spaces within the building.
