MASTER PLAN + VISUALIZATION

The LGA design and planning team has been working with JLL Real Estate to develop a visualization and marketing package for the planned Newbury Market Development. A combination of big-box and lifestyle center retail, the development is set to be anchored by activity-based retail establishments Top Golf and Ascend Rock Climbing, Newbury is slated to be the new heart of the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
