SAINT AGNES BUILDING STUDY

LGA was commissioned to provide a feasibility study for the renovation of the existing, unused Saint Agnes building. The potential renovation was meant to house the Early Education Program at the Campus School associated with the University. We provided detailed as-built plans, sections, elevations, a code study, conditions assessment, program test fits, probable cost of construction, and a structural and MEP analysis.
