ST. PETER’S RESIDENCES

LGA has been working with Oak Forest to adapt and reuse the former church and convent into 16 market-rate rental apartments. Our team worked with the Historic Review Commission and the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation to come up with a solution that met their strict requirements while keeping the historical fabric of the structure intact. Nearing completion, the St. Peter’s Residences will open early-2022.
