Brookfield Properties brought on LGA to develop design criteria for new tenants in the renovated Station Square Freight House. LGA was later retained to create a robust visualization suite to help new tenants. The package, containing still renderings and video visuals, was carefully developed to play a critical role in marketing to prospective tenants while also ensuring the consistency and success of the original design criteria.
