SWISSVALE SCHOOLHOUSE CONDOS

Working with frequent collaborator, the Mon Valley Initiative, LGA designed an adaptive reuse of the former Deniston School in Pittsburgh’s Swissvale neighborhood. A combination of one, two and three-bed units, all ground floor units are fully wheelchair accessible and top floor units will have lofts with 26-foot ceilings. This project has recently finished construction and residents are moving in.
