THE REVIVAL ON CARSON APARTMENTS – MAUL BUILDING

On the corner of South 17th and East Carson Street lies an elaborate four-story structure clad in terra cotta. Constructed initially as retail and office space, the “Maul Building” required a change of use to convert the upper three floors to 24 luxury apartments. Our design restored the intricate facade of the building and introduced new, matching energy-efficient windows. Each unit in the building has a unique layout and features historical remnants from the original building – such as exposed original brick walls and grand windows.
